How long does it take to process my order?

Each tea towel is made to order usually will be sent within 5 days of ordering
however as I work with other small local businesses during busy periods please
allow up to 14 days for printing. For fine art prints, processing takes up to 5 business
days.

Is the payment portal secure

Yes, your security is our top priority. Our online store is hosted on Shopify, a trusted
and secure eCommerce platform that uses advanced encryption (SSL) to safeguard
your personal information. In addition to secure credit card payments, we also offer
PayPal and Afterpay for added convenience. These platforms provide an extra layer
of protection, ensuring that your payment details remain safe. We never store your
payment information on our site, so you can shop with confidence.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are final, once the order has been placed it is in progress and may not be
altered.

Will I receive a confirmation email after placing my order?

Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don’t
see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.

What shipping options are available?

We offer standard shipping for $10, express shipping for $15.

Free shipping for orders over $70.

How long does shipping take?

Once processed, shipping within Australia usually takes 2-7 business days. International shipping may take longer depending on the destination.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Please contact me directly for a quote for international shipping rates.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Track your
package through Australia Post with this number.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. For returns due to
other reasons, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receiving it with a
photo of the damage, and we will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
